DGELSS Issue

I am attempting to use this routine but am getting an exception:

Exception thrown at 0x01FA5428 (mkl_core.dll) in Console1.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000.

I wonder if anyone knows how I might fix this.
