MKL License in statically linked applications provided to third parties

Hi,

I have a commercial parallel studio license and use the compilers and mkl  to produce statically linked executables which are

then supplied to third parties which have a license agreement with me.

My ability to compile and link code depends on an active parallel studio license.

The question is: Are my clients still allowed to use the executables which include the statically linked MKL ........... even if my parallel studio license is expired??
